Molly Nunes

Molly believes helping is an honor, therapy is collaborative, and we all have access to growth, healing, and fullness in our lives. Molly’s clinical framework includes therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, MI, ACT, mindfulness skills, and solution-focused therapy approaches. Above all, Molly has deep appreciation for the therapeutic relationship and works to help her clients feel supported and encouraged as they reach their best selves.

Molly is grateful to have been born and raised in Bend, Oregon. She studied in the psychology and Honors College departments in her undergraduate degree at the University of Oregon, and received her Master’s degree and training at Boston College. While in Boston, Molly worked in an inpatient and outpatient clinic doing substance use counseling with individuals, families, couples, and groups. Molly loved working as one of the few veterinary social workers doing grief and loss counseling as well as suicide prevention work with veterinary professionals. She also has experience doing equine-assisted psychotherapy and holds an appreciation for the human-animal bond. Molly enjoys working with adolescents and adults and is versed in matters such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and substance use. Molly is registered by the Oregon State Board of Social Work as a CSWA and is eagerly working towards her LCSW.
