I am committed to helping youth, adolescents, and adults. I strive to provide counseling in an empathetic and supportive environment with the desire to help you feel good about your life and your relationships. Working together, we will identify strengths that will help enhance your life while meeting individual goals. I believe focusing on your emotional well-being will positively impact you and your family for generations to come.
Within counseling sessions, I utilize a client-centered approach while integrating CBT and solution-focused techniques in therapy. My focus areas within counseling include anxiety, depression, grief, stress/anger management, life transitions, domestic violence, reunification, trauma, and abuse. I am trained in both Level One and Level Two in EMDR.
My education includes a M.A. in Counseling, Psychology from Argosy University in Seattle. In 2008, I earned a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies: Society, Ethics & Human Behavior, and a Minor in Human Rights. Currently, I am working towards certification in EMDR.
