Individuals are impacted by life’s unexpected stressors and trauma. My passion is guiding individuals through their healing journey from these stressors and traumatic events. I guide individuals (children, adolescents, adults, and families) in finding hope, peace, and healing in the process of making sense of their realities to improve the quality of their life and relationships. I also enjoy guiding clinicians through their clinical development.
To accommodate to the various individual and family needs, I have been trained and use different trauma informed modalities like Parent-Child Attunement Therapy, Parent-Child Interactive Therapy, Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy.
My education background includes a MA in Counseling from University of San Diego. I have a graduate certificate in Infant/Toddler Mental Health and a post graduate certificate in Therapy with Adoptive and Foster families from Portland State University.
