I believe that people have within themselves the intuitive wisdom they need to transform, heal and evolve into the best versions of themselves with the right approach, guidance and support. With a clinical mental health background that ranges from providing counseling in a mental health hospital and community counseling environment, I have been able to demonstrate my passion for helping people attain health and overall wellness with the use of a holistic approach. My goal is to collaborate with clients to help them find true peace and joy, to heal hurt and traumas and to evolve into the healthiest versions of themselves.

I employ an eclectic and holistic approach with a strong reliance on Cognitive Behavioral interventions with evidenced based, solution-focused, trauma-sensitive and delivered with the highest quality and professionalism. Also dedicated in advocating for the rights and well-being of marginalized communities by facilitating healing, and contributing to enriching, and improving the lives of as many people as I can reach.

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling/ Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and completed my internship and first year of practice at the mental health hospital, Centra Virginia Baptist Hospital.
