I bring warmth, curiosity, and insight to my relationships with clients. I have a deep appreciation for the richness and complexity of people’s stories and experiences, and I understand the impact of stress and trauma on mental health symptoms. My work has highlighted the impact of social and environmental systems on individuals’ mental health as well as the factors that build resilience. I offer safety, respect, and autonomy that people deserve in healthcare settings.

I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and trauma. I use an integrative approach, drawing on EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapies, and social justice theories to understand the source of each client's distress. I work collaboratively with clients to build the resources needed to heal and to pursue lives that are aligned with their deepest needs and values.

I studied Professional Mental Health Counseling at Lewis and Clark College with a focus on ecopsychology. I am trained in EMDR and actively pursuing certification.
