What is more satisfying than providing real solutions to serious needs? In my career, I have found great satisfaction in helping people find help in one way or another. I have accomplished this in a variety of roles including uniform and laundry sales, construction estimating, social services, and even insurance. No matter the role or industry, my passion has been helping others.
I have found no greater way to help others than by first establishing trust. My personality helps me greatly in that I enjoy people and have learned to ask open-ended questions followed by active listening. This approach is effective in providing real resources that can be matched with the stated needs versus "selling" something that may not be needed.
My educational background includes a BS in Psychology from Corban University in Salem, OR. I have a background in claims and project management, supervisory and estimating roles working in a variety of industries. My experience has shaped me into a collaborator and team builder.
