The choice to pursue therapy can be an intimidating one.  I believe it is important for every client to work with a therapist who sees them as a unique individual and more than just a set of problems. I also believe in the potential of every person to find their own life solutions and healing journeys, and I aim to create space that is welcoming, healing, and facilitates this process.  I value the therapeutic relationship and believe it can be central to the process for improvement and change.   I am passionate about working with adults through the lifespan towards this end.

I work with individuals who present with a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, challenges with self-esteem, and those who identify as simply feeling “stuck”. I try to tailor my interventions to each individual and their goals, and approach therapy through a person-centered and strengths-based lens. I have been trained in ACT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, and have experience utilizing Solution-Focused Therapy.

I graduated from Portland State University with my Master of Social Work in 2018 and have been licensed as an LCSW through the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers since January 2024.  Prior to this I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
