Life challenges are inevitable and can be difficult and lonely to face on our own. I am honored to have the opportunity to work with children, adults, and families impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and ongoing challenges. I am committed to providing an affirming and inclusive space for self-growth and healing.
My approach to therapy is integrative as I believe every person is unique and can grow and reach their goals in different ways. My therapeutic style is strength-based and I use a relational-based lens. I utilize the principles and techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment based approaches, and trauma informed care. I often incorporate play, art, and creative interventions in my work. I am also trained in EMDR.
My educational background includes a Masters in Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy from Lewis and Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling. I reached a BA in Psychology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
