When it comes to therapy, I believe you are the author of your story. I hope to create a space where you feel brave, respected, and welcome to explore your experience. Therapy with me might feel different. I frequently use humor or banter to bring levity to life's toughest moments. Asking for support is difficult. Let me provide the non-judgmental space to identify and resolve what is preventing you from living your best life!

My approach is relationship oriented, and client focused. This means we will utilize a variety of skills and tools such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic Psychology. My expertise centers on the mind-body connections to better manage anxiety, depression, and stress. I also have experience working with at-risk youth and both the LGBTQIA2S+ & BIPOC communities.

My educational background includes a MA in Counseling from Lewis and Clark College, a social justice focused program. I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-C), Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC-III)and Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) with EMDR Level 1 & Meta Hypnotherapy Level 1 training. In addition to providing therapy services, you will find me advocating for and being a public speaker on LGBTQIA2S+ mental health issues. In my personal time, I enjoy Domestic and International Travel and cuddles with George my rescue dog from Hawaii.
