I approach therapy from a client centered neuro informed, relational perspective. I provide support to teens and adults who are struggling with their mental health. I help those struggling with anxiety, identity, childhood trauma, traumatic events, athletes who are retired or injured, parents needing support, or young adults exploring their identity and transitioning to adulthood. We will work together to help you achieve growth and healing in your mental health.
I approach mental health from a practical, research based, collaborative perspective. I have training in CBT, DBT, IFS, EMDR and ACT.
My educational background includes a Masters in Clinical and Mental Health from Bushnell University. I hold a Masters of Teaching and Education from the University of Oregon as well as a Bachelors in Education from the University of Oregon. I have experience working in clinical settings to help student college athletes as well as adults experiencing anxiety and PTSD to heal and make the changes they need to thrive. I am trained in a form of EMDR therapy that emphasizes attachment healing as well as somatic responses.
