I believe helping is an honor, therapy is collaborative, and we all have access to growth, healing, and fullness in our lives. Just as we see in nature, it is normal to go through seasons in life. My goal in the therapeutic relationship is to help you find your strengths, gain clarity, and establish helpful skills to navigate life’s seasons.

My passion leads me to work with adolescents and adults and I have been trained in matters such as anxiety, social anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and substance use. My clinical framework includes modalities such as EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and internal family systems therapy. My approach is focused on using evidence-based practices to help you heal and learn from the past, plan for the future, and most of all, live in the present.

I studied in the psychology and Honors College departments at the University of Oregon, and received my Master’s degree and training at Boston College. I’ve worked in a variety of therapeutic environments ranging from equine assisted psychotherapy to inpatient and outpatient settings doing substance use work with individuals, couples, and families. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the State of Oregon.
