I believe people can heal and thrive through a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I will walk beside you as you explore and build understanding of emotions, thoughts, and experiences that have been barriers to becoming your best self. My goal is to provide a genuine, non-judgmental, space for each client to feel safe to be their authentic selves. My goal is to help individuals overcome barriers, embrace their authentic selves, and cultivate healthy relationship with the people in their lives by meeting them where they are, learning about their cultures, and understanding their worldviews.

No one person is the same and therefore no single approach works for everyone. I use a variety of modalities in therapy to make sure that I am providing the best care for each individual client. While I utilize a wide range of approaches, I strongly rely on Cognitive-Behavioral aspects, skill building, life narrative, strengths-based, and mindfulness. I am also trained in EMDR therapy. I primarily work with client that are age 13 and older.
