We all need to be able to trust our healthcare providers and ideally, they collaborate with one another while partnering with us to achieve our health goals. I have always enjoyed helping others, so I find it both inspiring and rewarding to support a team that strives to implement this integrated approach to healthcare for our clients.
I do my best to ensure that providers have timely access to the information they need, while ensuring our client’s privacy and personal health information is protected. Finding the right balance between access and protection is key. To accomplish this, I communicate and coordinate with our clients and providers. When paperwork is required, I strive to make the process as simple and convenient as possible.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Idaho and prior to joining Brightways, my career included positions in corporate management, training and development, and quality assurance. I genuinely enjoy applying my skills, experience, and education to medical records, systems orientation, and project management at Brightways and I especially enjoy supporting a team that is making real, positive changes for people just like me.
