When I began providing support to those working in the mental health industry, I experienced a renewed satisfaction in my career. I learned that by managing operations for mental health providers, I was easing the way for those providers to offer healing and hope to countless community members. My professional experience spans divisions such as retail banking, training, recruiting, insurance, call-centers, and mental health operations. My areas of expertise include Operational Strategy, Workflow Creation, Training and Development, Change Management, Financial Management, Cross-Functional Coordination and Leadership Development.
