I believe early life experiences influence how we perceive the environment around us, shape the core beliefs we hold about ourselves and the patterns we develop to cope in the world. I know that as humans it takes courage to assess what is working and not working well in our lives. Taking action to identify what changes could be helpful to make life more fulfilling can be a vulnerable process. I see inherent worth in all people, provide empathic support, and meet you with no judgement. My intention is to create a space where you are valued, can be truly authentic and feel safe to lean into support for achieving change, as you see fit.

I draw on an eclectic approach of tools in practice because each of us is so unique. What is most important is supporting you to create a map of where you want to go and determining how I can support you by building the tools to get you there. I am honored to do this work and I would love to walk along with you in your journey. Just think, the best is yet to come!

I graduated in 2010 with a Master’s in Social Work degree from Portland State University. In 2008 I graduated with a Social Studies Education degree from Fairmont State University, in my home state of West Virginia.
