One of the toughest parts about mental health treatment is getting started. Sometimes barriers exist that can make starting counseling harder, which is why it is so important to meet people where they are and have compassion for each person’s situation. My goal is to help each person feel safe and excited to start or continue their mental health journey. Having grownup in Central Oregon, I have a passion for my community and look forward to continuing to watch it flourish.
My educational background includes an Associate degree from Central Oregon Community College with a focus on Psychology, and a Bachelor degree in Social Work from Portland State University.
