Over the years I’ve learned that mental health is just as important as physical health. Mental health affects how we think, feel, and act. I’m passionate about helping others find the light at the end of the tunnel. There is still a lot of stigmas attached to mental health. As a Scheduling Specialist, I am the first person that clients will speak to. I want to ensure that every client feels comfortable and safe coming to us for help.
I have years of experience as a receptionist and scheduler. I take pride in my ability to demonstrate patience, compassion, and understanding to each individual I speak to. It is my objective to make everyone feel welcome and cared for. I am bilingual, and I love being able to communicate with our Spanish speaking community. I can understand the comfort they experience when they can speak to someone in their home language and feel welcomed and appreciated. Overall, I feel that friendliness and a smile go a long way.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two beautiful children. My family is very important to me, and we like spending time together with my parents and siblings by having cookouts, hiking, and simply being outside in our beautiful Oregon.
