Life changes and challenges can be difficult when facing them alone. As human beings we can face stressors, life transitions, and traumatic experiences that reshape us. This can cause an impact on our mental/emotional wellbeing and other areas in our life. My passion is to support my clients who include children, adults and families to learn how to manage those stressors, behaviors, and symptoms they are experiencing. My goal is to provide a space where clients can be their authentic themselves, empower, and collaborate to work towards their goals where they can find healthy perceptions of themselves and other areas in their life.

As a bilingual and bicultural therapist, my therapeutic practice approach is strength-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered. Therapeutic modalities I use in my therapy are the following: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Ecosystem Family Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Soon to be trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified in the State of Oregon. My educational background includes a Master of Social Work from Portland State University. I hold a Bachelor of Education in Family & Human Services and minor in Ethnic Studies from the University of Oregon. I am also certified in Infant Massage.
