Let's connect with your authentic self. Unprocessed life experiences weigh us down with shame and grief, causing us to feel stuck and disconnected from ourselves. Using therapy to connect back with you, to connect back to your emotions, wants and needs helps us move towards a life authentic to you. A life where you are interacting with your hobbies, loved ones, career, goals & the world with passion and clarity. I am passionate about supporting you in living a life authentic to you as a unique individual, creating an environment for you to process and challenge shame and trauma and promoting your individual strengths.

My approach to therapy is holistic and person-centered. I utilize Emotion Focused Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Somatic Attachment Therapy, Parts Work, Feminist Therapy and Inner Relationship Focusing to support my clients in processing shame & trauma, promoting individual strengths and resilience. I empower my clients by helping them build skills and utilize their strengths and life experiences to achieve their goals. My focus encompasses adults who are experiencing trauma and/or PTSD (related to domestic violence, abuse, sexual assault, medical trauma, religious trauma and career related trauma for first responders and medical professionals) burnout, anxiety, grief and depression. I provide therapy to individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or have ADHD/Autism diagnoses.

My educational background includes an MA in Clinical Counseling in 2020 from Palo Alto University and a BS in Psychology from Western Michigan University. I am certified in Somatic Attachment Therapy. I have previously worked as an Emergency Department Technician affording me the opportunity to provide therapy and support to medical professionals, first responders and individuals who are experiencing a new medical diagnoses and/or chronic health issues.
