I believe everyone has the capacity for positive and lasting change, and I am passionate about helping others in their process toward healing. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that centers on a strong therapeutic relationship, and that each individual has inherent strengths and inner resources that can be more deeply accessed and built upon in order to aid in the healing journey. My hope is to help others cultivate self-awareness and curiosity, develop skills and tools that promote positive change, and to see problems as obstacles rather than as a definition of the person. I approach the therapeutic process with compassion and acceptance, and I strive to offer a trauma-informed, supportive, and empowering environment that allows others to explore and grow.

I align with a holistic approach that focuses on healing all aspects impacting a person’s well-being, including physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual health and wellness. I regard each person as unique, and as such believe that therapy is most effective when individualized to meet the unique needs of each person. I pull from a variety of modalities to assist in accomplishing this, including person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), somatic experiencing, trauma centered trauma sensitive yoga (TCTSY), narrative therapy, attachment theory, and internal family systems.

I graduated from Prescott College with my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018 and have been credentialed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since February 2021. Prior to this I earned my Bachelor’s in Social Work with a Minor in Psychology from the University of Montana.
