Therapy is a collaborative process of self discovery that is both healing and liberating. My passion is being able to support clients where they are. At the center of all my work with youth and families is a cultural humility and trauma informed lens with a strengths based approach.
I focus primarily on children and adolescents. I use evidenced-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family therapy. I also incorporate mindfulness, art, play, and narrative therapy to assist clients in their journeys toward healing. I am bicultural, bilingual, and an LGBTQ+ ally.
My educational background includes a MA Clinical Social Work with a specialization in Integrated Behavioral Health and a BA in Social Work from Portland State University.
