When life becomes difficult to enjoy, taking the next step and continuing your journey can be the hardest decision to make. I aim to support my clients as they navigate barriers and work through their stressors. I am deeply committed to fostering a non-judgmental and supportive environment for my clients to feel safe and heard. With a firm belief in the inherent worth and dignity of every person, I strive to help my clients cultivate self-compassion, resilience, and a sense of hope for the future.
My approach to therapy is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered. I recognize that there is no singular modality that works for every individual. I utilize varied evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Art Studio at University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Social Work at Fordham University. I am also a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society at Fordham University.
