Every person has the capacity to make significant change in their life. I provide an authentic, non-judgmental, and compassionate style that emphasizes therapeutic rapport and client autonomy. I am passionate about helping clients navigate systemic barriers and aim to provide support for those in marginalized communities.

I enjoy working with teenagers, young adults, and older adults from all walks of life. I am trained in several modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing, and internal family systems therapy. Through my work, I have focused on treating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and ADHD.

I hold a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bushnell University in Eugene (2018), where I was trained in strengths-based, culturally competent, and person-centered care. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon
