Therapy is a process of self-discovery.  This discovery can promote change in all areas of our lives.  Through integrating information and experiences, learning new behaviors, coping skills and perspectives, we can rewire our brains. I will collaborate with you to make these discoveries and work towards your goals, as determined by you.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, follow principles of Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment and Systems Theory.  I see the world through a trauma informed lens and also believe strongly in self-compassion and mindfulness practices to increase our presence and re-frame negative self-talk.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences from Oregon State University and a Master of Social Work from Portland State University.  I have experience working with individuals of all ages, families, substance use and crisis intervention in many different settings. I strive to provide a safe environment and feel honored to collaborate with you on your journey towards healing and balance.
