I have a passion for hearing people’s stories, helping them navigate tough circumstances, and challenging them in ways that get them closer to their desired life.  I believe in the power of safe therapeutic relationships and being transparent and honest with clients. Good clinical care entails putting the client first and making sure to protect and help the client in the most effective, ethical way possible.

My goal is to bring comfort to each client by utilizing an eclectic therapeutic approach with an empathic, person-centered focus being at the core of everything I do. I specialize in treating teens and adults with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, anxiety disorders, and trauma while utilizing techniques from a variety of modalities, such as, ERP, DBT, and EMDR. I work hard to meet my clients' needs by adjusting my approach as needed and collaborating with each individual to meet their goals.

My educational background includes a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Utah. I have extensive clinical experience working with teens and adults in both outpatient and intensive outpatient settings. I have specialty training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and anxiety disorders. I am also a member of the International OCD Foundation.
