I am deeply passionate about creating a safe environment that supports people and their pursuit of their authentic self.  I consider it an honor to hold space for the vast experiences that may contribute to pain and suffering and may shape an individual’s world view. I believe in the transformative power of therapy, and I am committed to helping clients cultivate healing, change and growth that may enrich their well-being.

I understand not all journeys are the same, so I integrate a variety of modalities in my approach to better meet the client’s individual needs. Some of these approaches include attachment work, embodiment, parts work, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance commitment therapy (ACT),dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and self-compassion. I enjoy working with individuals navigating a variety of issues such as anxiety, self-esteem, body image, life transitions, and depression. I am versed in trauma work and trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR) and cognitive processing therapy (CPT). I have background in eating disorder recovery using a health at every size (HAES) framework instead of weight centered ideologies to identify and challenge harmful narratives that perpetuate eating disorder patterns.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Southern Oregon University.  I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Oregon since 2022 and have experience working in community mental health, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings. Outside of work I enjoy being immersed in the beautiful nature of the Pacific Northwest and beyond.
