Full Time Therapist

We are looking for the right people to add to our staff. We have a diverse group of clinicians with varied backgrounds, experience and licenses which include: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, PMNP, CSWA, LMFT-interns and LPC-interns. Our highest priority is our organizational culture. We hire the right people first. We are looking for teachable clinicians that will always see their profession as a growing experience. We utilize FIT(Feedback Informed Treatment) to provide trauma informed care along with evidenced based practices.

Our focus on integrated care model has set a new standard for care as our clients are receiving whole person care as we partner Mosaic, St. Charles, COPA, High Lakes Healthcare, Weeks Family Medicine and more. With that said a clinician must be willing to think of their work in the context of a larger multidisciplinary team which includes: PCP, RN, BHC, PMHNP, Integrated Care Supervisor and themselves.

Internally we have created a trauma-informed organization where employees working for Brightways and clients seeking services are valued in ways that are meaningful for both of them. Because of this our clinicians love their jobs. Several have reported that this is the best job they have ever had. Others have reported they are making more money now than ever before. (This includes several folks previously in private practice and even one clinician that worked for a well respected behavioral health organization in Central Oregon for 14 years.)

Our treatment model is setting new standards in Central Oregon and as a result we have been asked to partner with many community organizations such as Oregon Pediatric Improvement Partnership, The Health Counsel: Advancing Integrated Care workgroup and COHC: Increase Access and Coordination workgroup. Our focus is on whole person care through integrated partnership with primary care. There is plenty of opportunity for growth and professional development. We want every person on both sides of everyone’s desk to find what makes them great and achieve it.

We are client centered, but not at the cost of our clinician’s well being. We are progressive and well trained. We use EMDR, PCIT and other evidenced based practices via tele-health and in person when it becomes available. We also provide an EMDR supervision group, which can be used towards certification and is facilitated by Nicole Spreadborough LPC with additional support from Josie Juhasz MA, LPC. We also provide ongoing support with a clinical supervisor. Those who are fully certified in PCIT and EMDR are financially rewarded.
